Licensio is a project of Altirratech EU. The holding company is Altirratech Ltd, registered in Cyprus. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use the Licensio platform and website.

3. What Data We Collect

Website visitors: We collect standard web analytics data (pages visited, browser type, referrer) if you opt in to analytics. We do not use tracking cookies unless explicitly consented.

Platform users (vendors): When you register and use the Licensio platform, we collect your email address, company name, and billing information. This data is necessary to provide the service.

End users (your customers): When your customers use the customer portal, we collect their email address and device fingerprints (SHA-256 hashed). This data is stored on your own infrastructure, not ours.

4. How We Use Data

We use collected data to: (a) provide and maintain the Licensio platform; (b) process payments through Revolut Pay; (c) send service-related communications; (d) improve the platform based on anonymized usage patterns.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell or share personal data with third parties except: (a) Revolut Pay for payment processing; (b) as required by law. Because the platform is self-hosted, your end-user data never leaves your infrastructure.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account data for the duration of your subscription plus 12 months. After that, data is anonymized or deleted. You may request deletion of your data at any time.

7. Your Rights (GDPR)

8. Cookies

The Licensio website uses only essential cookies for session management. We do not use marketing or tracking cookies. The self-hosted platform does not set any cookies — session management is handled via JWT tokens stored in localStorage.

9. Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest (AES-256), rate limiting, and access controls. However, no system is 100% secure.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be notified via email. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new policy.
