1. Introduction

Licensio is a self-hosted license management platform, developed and operated by Altirratech EU. The holding company is Altirratech Ltd, registered in Cyprus. These Terms of Service govern your use of the Licensio software platform.

2. Service Description

Licensio provides software license management tools including license issuance, validation, customer management, billing integration, and administrative dashboards. The software is self-hosted on the customer's own infrastructure.

3. License to Use

Upon purchasing a subscription, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Licensio platform on your own servers for the duration of your subscription. You may not sublicense, redistribute, or reverse-engineer the software.

4. Payment Terms

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance at the rate specified in your chosen plan. Payments are processed through Revolut Pay. Late payments may result in service suspension after a grace period. All fees are non-refundable except as explicitly stated in our refund policy.

5. Data and Privacy

Because Licensio is self-hosted, all customer and license data remains on your own infrastructure. We do not have access to your data. Our systems only process anonymized usage statistics if you opt in. See our Privacy Policy for details.

6. Intellectual Property

The Licensio platform, including its code, design, and documentation, is the intellectual property of Altirratech EU. You retain all intellectual property rights to your own software products that you manage using Licensio.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Licensio platform is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. In no event shall Altirratech EU or Altirratech Ltd be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the platform.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the subscription with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, you must cease using the Licensio platform. Your data can be exported upon request before termination takes effect.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Cyprus. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Cyprus.
